This is a picture of Rory's mom Elaine in the purple, her sister Lou in the middle and her other sister Shirley in the blue. We were at Shirley's cabin.
(The Three Sisters)
They had a marshmallow war. They placed large marshmallows in a paper bag with flour in the bag. You shake the bag up and coat the marshmallow with the flower and then throw them at each other.
Everyone had a good time with this game.

August 28-29, 2009
This year for Rory's moms Family Reunion we decided to go down the night before and stay at Rory's Aunt Shirley's cabin at Schofield Reservoir. We drove up Friday night and played Mexican Train Domino's with some of the cousins. We had fun playing with all of them. The next morning Rory and Braxton got up early and went fishing, while I stayed in bed. When I was just getting ready to get into the shower Braxton comes running into the cabin saying dad fell in the lake! Rory had been trying to help Braxton with a fish he had just caught that had fallen between the rocks. So Rory stepped down to grab the fish when he slipped on a moss covered rock and fell into the lake up to his chest. He said the water was really COLD and he banged up his legs pretty good. They had a 10 minute 4-wheeler ride back to the cabin and he was pretty cold and very wet when they got back to the cabin. Rory quickly got into the shower and got cleaned up and then we all went back to the lake for some fishing before the reunion officially started.

Rory and Braxton ended up catching 2 fish each. Braxton kept one and Rory put both of his back. We had a great time, minus the short swimming adventure of Rory's.

I LOVE Schofield Resevoir! My parents have 20 acres by the lake. My great-grandpa built a cabin there also. It is a favorite get-away place for us. What a small world!!!

Sounds like a wonderful reunion!! We own property down there in Aspen Grove. we haven't built our cabin yet though. BTW where did Rory and Braxton catch their fish? We need to fish right where they were.
