Labor Day Weekend

Brock performed at Wise Guys Comedy Club on Saturday night.

He did an awesome job! He had quite the crowds for both of the shows he did. All of his grandparents, parents, brother, aunts and uncles, cousins came to see him and lots of friends.

This is the guys standing inside the mine. You can only go into the mine a few feet now they have closed it off so people can't go inside.

September 3-7, 2009

We had a great Labor Day weekend. Brock flew in late Thursday night. Friday Brock and I went to lunch and then went and picked up Braxton early from school and went snowboard shopping at Sniagrab and got Braxton a new snowboard. Then we went home and met Rory and my parents for a BBQ dinner at our house. After dinner we all went to the Tooele Football game. Brock had not been to a game since he was in High School and they won the State Championship that year (2002). Tooele won their game against Ben Lomand.

Saturday, we slept in and then went bowling. My pictures were not very good so I didn't post them. Then we went to a family wedding for Rory's cousin and then to dinner at Chili's. After dinner we headed over to Wise Guys Comedy Club to watch Brock perform. He did a great job!

Sunday, we went to church and then up to Ophir for dutch oven chicken and peach cobbler. We had a great time with G&G Bunn, G&G Quinn, and Filion's. We had fun riding the 4-wheelers, the zip line, playing games and just hanging out together! It was fun to have Brock home with us for the long weekend.
